Spear AI is seeking a versatile software developer who works across both the client-side and server-side of web applications, with the skills to build complete, end-to-end solutions. This comprehensive role involves implementing responsive user interfaces, implementing business logic, building and optimizing databases, creating API integrations, and ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
Beyond technical expertise, successful Full Stack Engineers demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication with technical and non-technical team members, time management skills, and adaptability to learn new technologies. The ideal candidate has experience with both front-end and back-end development, with a strong comfort in relational databases. Candidates with a GitHub (or other open-source) profile stand out because we can check their work for attention to detail and code quality.
