BenefitsHow we hire
We use our own product. Every applicant goes through the FaujX vetting process - an AI-assisted, structured capability assessment matched to this exact role. It is designed for consistency and neutrality: every candidate is measured against the same role benchmark, with the same rubric, regardless of where their resume came from or what it looks like. No keyword filters, no first-impression phone screens. The assessment produces a capability report; human judgment makes the final hiring decision. That is how FHOS works for every client, and it is how it works here.
