Job Summary
The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting business process solutions that automate, digitize, and modernize end-to-end workflows. The role will participate across the full software development lifecycle and collaborate with engineers, business analysts, architects, subject matter experts, and user experience teams to deliver scalable and reliable applications. The position will focus on cloud-native application development, workflow modernization, operational process optimization, and innovative solutions that improve business and operational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications supporting critical business processes and operational workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards and best practices.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs, backend services, and system integrations that enable automation solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, architects, subject matter experts, and user experience teams to deliver scalable and reliable applications.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to application modernization initiatives and migration of legacy processes to modern platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, team ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities.
• Learn and apply emerging technologies, tools, and engineering practices to improve solution delivery.
• Contribute to cloud-native application development and modernization of legacy platforms and technologies.
• Support initiatives that enhance operational scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Contribute to solutions that integrate AI-powered capabilities into products and business processes.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of full stack software engineering experience.
• Experience building web applications end-to-end.
• Experience developing scalable APIs and microservices.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience integrating AI-powered solutions into products.
• Strong system design, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control and development practices.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to financial services, operations, or enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience with GenAI, Copilot, or similar tools for analysis, design, and code development.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI Agents.
• Experience with Splunk or Datadog.
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
