Accenture Federal Services is seeking several Full Stack Engineers to join our team and support our client ideally in the San Antonio, TX area.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across the entire technology stack. This role involves building robust backend services using Java, creating and integrating RESTful APIs, and ensuring secure, high-performance data handling. The developer works extensively with AWS cloud services to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and serverless components to support reliable and scalable solutions. On the frontend, the Full Stack Developer uses JavaScript and modern frameworks to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces that align with business and user requirements. This role collaborates closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues across the stack, and continuously improve application performance and quality. The ideal candidate balances strong technical expertise with problem solving skills, ownership, and a commitment to building secure, maintainable, and high-quality software.
What you'll need: - 2 years of experience developing in Java, Javascript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g.: React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- 2 years of experience with Ansible
- Experience in REST API development
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g.: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Hadoop, Elasticsearch)
- Experience with Node.js
Bonus Points if you have: - Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Podman) and Linux environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience building, consuming and securing RESTful APIs
Clearance: Must have an active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
