Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in
Canada, Mexico or Argentina!Location:
Canada, Mexico or Argentina (Remote)Key Requirements- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, .NET, Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS, and Cloud technologies (mandatory skills).
- Proven experience as a senior-level Full Stack Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer, capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to drive solutions end-to-end, from requirement analysis through architecture, development, and delivery.
- Architect-level technical expertise with a passion for hands-on coding rather than people management.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and solution development.
- Ability to work directly with Product Owners and stakeholders, clarify requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps concepts and processes, including an understanding of infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with DevOps teams (hands-on Terraform development not required).
- Good understanding of software testing principles and quality assurance practices, while working alongside dedicated testers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, including the ability to create effective, structured prompts rather than relying on basic prompting techniques.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of contributing innovative ideas and technical recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across development, testing, DevOps, and product teams.
