Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or equivalent discipline/experience
  • 3+ years experience with various technologies such as:
    • Development: JavaScript/Node.js, REST/GraphQL API, Oracle SQL dialect, Postgres SQL dialect, Kafka, basic SOA skills for debugging
    • Testing: js unit testing library, Sinon.js
    • Message broker: RabbitMQ
    • Clarity (Preferred/Not Required): NSQL, Custom Objects, Processes, GEL Scripting, Lookups
    • Front end: VUE (or comparable modern framework), TypeScript, HTML/CSS, REST/GraphQL API consumption
    • AI development: hands-on use of AI coding assistants; working knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI), prompt engineering, and vector/embedding-based retrieval
  • 3+ years of relational database experience
  • 3+ years knowledge of Oracle Project Financials preferred
  • 2+ years building and maintaining full stack web applications, including front-end and back-end ownership of a feature through production
  • Demonstrated experience integrating LLM or AI services into a production application (preferred)
  • Exposure to containerization and cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, or a major cloud provider) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $82,400 to $103,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.

Full Stack Developer - IT Service Delivery

World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT) currently has an opening for a Full Stack Developer as a part of our IT Service Delivery team in St. Louis, MO.

You will work in a very dynamic and challenging environment with a team that provides diverse solutions to our business stakeholders and Project Managers within our Services Organization. The IT Service Delivery team uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the continued build-out of our professional services and strategic resourcing platforms including integrations to various boundary and custom web applications. The team is also expanding into AI-assisted development and AI-enabled features within our applications, including LLM-backed services, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted coding tooling as part of our standard development practice.

As a member of our IT Service Delivery team, you will:
  • Promote WWT Core Values and best practices
  • Participate and consult in architecture, design, development, implementation of integrations and configuration of our professional services and strategic resourcing applications
  • Design and build full stack application features end to end - REST/GraphQL APIs, data models, and modern front-end UI - for custom web applications supporting our Services Organization
  • Build and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into our applications, such as LLM-backed services, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt design, and agentic or MCP-based integrations
  • Use AI development tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Devin, or similar coding agents) to accelerate delivery, and help the team establish effective and responsible usage patterns
  • Understand data flow within CA PPM, Beeline, Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects, Oracle DW, and various boundary and custom web applications to resolve issues and to identify both technical and process improvements
  • Provide guidance and direction on Production issues
  • Work with other technology teams across the enterprise to ensure common direction and compliance
  • Contribute to technical best practices and share knowledge with team members
  • Partner with external vendor, customers, and internal teams to manage implementations and ongoing support
  • Write and maintain software tests to reduce cost of new features and maintenance
  • Support the development of technical solutions and provide ongoing assistance and consultation to resolve problems to ensure the solutions meet the end user's requirements
  • Continue to grow and develop a high level of analytical, technical, and business knowledge.
