Full Stack Developer to join our innovative, customer-focused team in
Chantilly, VA.Summary The
Full Stack Developer will drive rapid development in an AI-assisted environment. They must be adept at leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Amazon Q Developer) to accelerate delivery, while applying strict human oversight to validate, secure, and maintain complex enterprise code.
Key Responsibilities - Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular 21 front-end code.
- Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks.
- Ensure AI-generated outputs strictly adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database standards.
- Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions.
Qualification - Active Top-Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java/Springboot, Angular (version 17 or higher), PostgreSQL, and AWS environments.
- 5+ Years of Experience In JAVA/Springboot
- 5+ Years of Experience in Angular
- 5+ Years of Experience in PostgresQL
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience working in AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience in designing and writing AI models
- Excellent debugging and architectural design skills to steer AI agents effectively

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
