Full Stack Developer

Candidate must have or be willing to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Key Tasks:

s Full Stack Agile development of web-based enterprise solutions utilizing Java. React, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, CSS frameworks, JavaScript/Typescript, JSON, SQL, Postgres.

s Develop code and unit tests using Java, React, plsql.

s Create UI components using React, supporting multiple browsers, platforms, and assistive technology (e.g., screen reader).

s Develop reusable react components.

s Collaborate with team to develop new features and functionality.

s Participate in all Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills:

s 8+ years as a full stack software engineer building multi-tier, enterprise web-based solutions using technologies/frameworks such as React, REST, JavaScript ES6, Typescript, JSON, Java EE, Spring, RDBMS, ORM, REST.

s 8+ years in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. architecture, process re-engineering, development, verification)

s 2+ years estimating, planning, and executing complex projects using Agile methodologies.

s Developing systems with Section 508 compliance

s Experience with SonarQube

s Experience with build tools such as webpack, npm, Strorybook etc.

s Experience with code version tools such as GitHub.

s Experience with HTTP and design patterns applicable to RESTful web applications.

s Building strong relationships through Agile team(s) and personal performance

s Collaborating in a multiple team environment

s Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written. Includes the ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical and system backgrounds and at multiple organizational levels

Desired Skills:

s CMS experience

s Supporting client stakeholders with varying levels of Agile experience

s Proficient in MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel

Required Education / Certifications:

s Computer Science degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related major

s Desired:

o Master's in Information Systems or Computer Science

o Expertise in Secure Coding and Secure Development Life Cycle

o Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 130,000 to 160,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
