Accountabilities- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

Barclays Services LLC seeks Full Stack Developer in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available):
- Develop high-volume web applications for Barclays' Cards Platform Technology business.
- Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Confer with stakeholders across the team to obtain information on limitations or capabilities for data processing projects.
- Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
- Develop high performing distributed web applications.
- Design and build software with integrated GenAI features, ensuring efficient and reusable code.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated testing, building and deploying both software and AI models.
- Build scalable, cloud-native software with microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures, using GitLab CI/CD for automated deployments and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- May telecommute pursuant to company policies. [Hybrid role]
Minimum Salary: $131,997 per year
Maximum Salary: $135,000 per year
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
