Role Summary
As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll build modern, user-friendly web applications that help deliver exceptional digital experiences for our customers and colleagues. You'll collaborate with experienced developers in an agile environment, strengthen your technical skills, and contribute to innovative solutions that support the bank's digital strategy.
Key Accountabilities- Design and develop responsive, scalable web applications using modern development frameworks and technologies.
- Build clean, maintainable code while testing, debugging, documenting, and deploying software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, user-focused applications.
- Support the development and integration of APIs and web services that enhance digital capabilities.
- Ensure applications perform consistently across browsers, devices, and computing platforms.
- Explore emerging technologies, open-source tools, and modern development practices to improve application quality and delivery.
- Partner with senior developers to troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.
Education & ExperienceRequired- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience developing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and responsive web development.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CSS preprocessors, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing applications using one or more programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, C++, Scala, Objective-C, or Swift.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
Preferred- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience developing APIs or enterprise web applications.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
