Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including Rooms, F&B, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure profitability and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with Marriott Tribute Collection standards and the hotel's unique positioning.
- Food & Beverage Excellence:
- Lead and innovate the F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, ensuring high-quality offerings and seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team to craft creative menus, drive revenue, and maintain cost controls.
- Cultivate a culture of service excellence and unique dining experiences that align with the Tribute Collection brand.
- Guest Experience:
- Foster a guest-centric culture by ensuring every guest interaction reflects the hotel's commitment to personalized service and unique experiences.
- Regularly engage with guests to gather feedback and continuously improve operations.
- Team Development:
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team across all departments.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and growth within the organization.
- Financial Performance:
- Achieve or exceed financial targets, including GOP, RevPAR, and F&B profitability.
- Develop and manage the hotel's budget, ensuring effective cost control and maximized revenues.
- Community Engagement:
- Represent the hotel in the Lake Placid community, cultivating relationships with local businesses, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight the property's local connections and unique offerings.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in hotel management roles, with a strong emphasis on Food & Beverage operations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage upscale or boutique hotel properties.
- Demonstrated success in creating memorable F&B experiences and driving F&B profitability.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Marriott brand standards and systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
