As a Full Cycle Recruiter in Tech, you will support our Cybersecurity and Technology Controls organization. You'll be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring we identify attract and hire the best talent in the industry. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles, cybersecurity domain knowledge.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for cybersecurity roles, developing and executing effective recruiting strategies.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment processes, controls, and policies.
  • Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse channels.
  • Assess, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, gathering feedback to refine recruitment strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate future needs and strategize candidate pipelines leveraging market insights as appropriate.
  • Proactively offer innovative solutions to enhance value, anticipate needs, and streamline processes for clients.
  • Exhibit expert understanding of recruitment needs by participating in client meetings, staying informed of business changes, and acting as a subject matter expert in recruitment responsibilities while managing expectations of hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with regular and timely communication throughout the recruitment process; share manager feedback and appropriately handle candidate dispositions.
  • Educate candidates on career growth opportunities, benefits, compensation philosophy, and the advantages of employment, promoting both the firm and the opportunity.
  • Conduct compensation expectation discussions with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate offer closures.
  • Utilize the full functionality of the applicant tracking system, maintaining data integrity and controls.

  • 7+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting within a fast-paced corporate environment or recruiting agency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment characterized by change, challenges, and multiple deadlines and priorities, with high attention to detail.
  • Possess a controls mindset and understand employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in planning and managing networking events or projects.
  • Superior multitasking, project management, and presentation skills, combined with business acumen.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to convey insights through data and metrics.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize tasks.
