About This Role:Hunter Industries is seeking a
Product Manager - Order Management & Fulfillment Systems to drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the business capabilities that power Hunter's quote-to-cash and order fulfillment operations - spanning CPQ, Order Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Transportation Management (OTM) on our Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.
This role partners with Commercial and Logistics business leadership to manage features, enhancements, and initiatives within this domain, ensuring solutions are well-defined, properly prioritized, and delivered with measurable value. The Product Manager works closely with business stakeholders, IT, and delivery teams to translate requirements into actionable product backlogs, and partners with the Finance & Planning and Manufacturing Operations product teams to maintain end-to-end process consistency across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
*This role can be performed onsite or hybrid at our campus in San Marcos, CA. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance from campus.
Essential Job Functions/Tasks:- Supports the day-to-day management of product features and enhancements across CPQ, Order Management, WMS, and OTM, aligned to the broader order management and fulfillment roadmap.
- Gathers and documents business needs from Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution stakeholders, translating them into actionable backlog items.
- Partners with business users across quoting, order management, warehousing, and transportation to understand pain points and identify opportunities for process or system improvement.
- Assists in prioritizing the order management and fulfillment backlog based on business value, effort, and dependencies, in coordination with other Fusion product teams.
- Collaborates with IT, systems analysts (OTM, WMS, CPQ/O2C), and delivery teams to support the design, testing, and implementation of solutions.
- Monitors the performance of assigned CPQ, order management, WMS, and OTM capabilities, gathering feedback and data to inform iteration.
- Supports coordination with the Finance & Planning and Manufacturing Operations product teams to help maintain end-to-end order-to-cash process consistency.
- Assists with change management and end-user communication for order management and fulfillment system enhancements and releases.
- Contributes to documentation of product requirements, workflows, and release notes for the CPQ/Order Management/WMS/OTM domain.
- Tracks and reports on the status of assigned order management and fulfillment initiatives, risks, and issues to product leadership.
- Participates in continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities for automation and process standardization across quoting, order management, and fulfillment systems.
Education/Training Required and Preferred:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field required, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
Experience Required and Preferred:- 4-6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Experience with CPQ, order management, warehouse management (WMS), or transportation management (TMS) systems is preferred, ideally spanning more than one of these areas.
What You Bring:- Working understanding of quote-to-cash and order fulfillment business processes (quoting/CPQ, order management, warehousing, transportation).
- Ability to gather and translate CPQ, order management, WMS, and OTM business requirements into clear, actionable product artifacts.
- Direct exposure to at least one CPQ, order management, WMS, or TMS implementation or major enhancement.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, with the ability to learn configuration options and system capabilities; exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, and IT teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The salary for this opportunity ranges from $105,000 to $120,000.
The Company complies with all federal/local/state regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.
