Medical Analysis is seeking an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join one of our employer-sponsored health clinics in Springfield, TN. Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available.
This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys primary care, building relationships with patients, and delivering high-quality care in a more personalized setting outside of a traditional high-volume medical practice.
About the PositionOur providers deliver primary, preventive, and occupational healthcare services to employees and other eligible patients. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Provide primary, preventive, and wellness care
- Perform physical exams and health assessments
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic and laboratory testing
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education and chronic condition management
- Perform occupational health services as applicable
- Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide an excellent patient experience
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active, unrestricted and unencumbered Tennessee NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current national board certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain, if applicable
- Strong clinical, communication and independent decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Preferred: Experience in primary care, family medicine, urgent care, occupational health, or employer-sponsored healthcare; DOT Medical Examiner experience/certification; and experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).
