Job Description- Architect design and implement robust scalable and highperformance database solutions using Kinetica
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and UserDefined Functions UDFs to support application requirements
- Perform advanced performance tuning and optimization of Kinetica queries and data structures to ensure realtime processing capabilities
- Utilize native Kinetica APIs and develop custom Python UserDefined Functions UDFs to implement complex business logic and data processing pipelines
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Kineticas native features including geospatial analysis graph analytics GSQL and timeseries functions Drive the adoption and implementation of these features to solve complex business problems
- Design and manage data models and schemas Implement and oversee efficient data ingestion pipelines into the Kinetica database
- Work closely with data scientists application developers and business analysts to understand their data needs and provide effective database solutions
Technical Skills - Experience 8 years of experience in database development with at least 35 years of handson experience with Kinetica DB
- Indepth knowledge of Kineticas inmemory GPUaccelerated architecture
- Proven expertise in performance tuning and optimization within the Kinetica environment
- Extensive experience with Kineticas native features including
- UserDefined Functions UDFs in Python
- Timeseries data handling
- Proficiency in Kinetica administration monitoring and security management
- Database Proficiency
- Expertlevel SQL skills
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 105,000 - 115,000
