Results-driven sales professional responsible for managing a complex portfolio of Foodservice customers and distributors, delivering profitable growth across assigned accounts. This role focuses on building strong, collaborative relationships at all levels while driving revenue, volume, and margin targets. The successful candidate will oversee total account performance, execute pricing strategies, and identify new business opportunities in partnership with distributors. With 5+ years of Foodservice sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of customer P&Ls and KPIs, the candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and delivers exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a complex portfolio across diverse customers and markets.
Deliver profitable sales growth with assigned account portfolio and accounts.
Build lasting, collaborative interpersonal relationships at all levels with customers.
Manage total account portfolios, including achieving revenue, profit and volume targets while meeting account service expectations; work with Distributor partners to develop new business and assist with "day to day" business requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:- 5+ years of relevant experience in the Foodservice (Distribution) arena.
- Demonstrate successes in managing major Foodservice chain accounts, as well as major distributors.
- 5+ years in Sales (Food Industry)
- Previous responsibility managing Industrial accounts (i.e. ingredients) and other end-user categories in the Foodservice channel is an asset.
- Good understanding of customer P&L's and KPI's combined with an ability to successfully execute pricing strategies as required.
- Retail experience or knowledge is a benefit, but not essential.
- Self-Starter; Self-Motivated.

- Excellent customer service to all stake holders (both internally and externally).
- Strong negotiating skills
