Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end governance of FEAS/FSE intake scoping

  • Track and resolve queries from SCA Intake Reviews with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain up-to-date task statuses and accurate records in Jira

Job/Position Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end FEAS/FSE intake scoping governance from feature definition through planning readiness.
  • Drive alignment with Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, OTA, feature package and engineering stakeholders for impact clarification and assessment completion.
  • Ensure scope, use cases, boundary diagrams and concept requirements are sufficiently complete for downstream technical evaluation.
  • Track open questions from SCA Intake Review and drive timely closure with accountable stakeholders.
  • Maintain Jira hygiene by keeping fields, statuses and task progress accurate and current.
  • Provide capacity and Target PI planning inputs based on assessment status, scope clarity and dependency closure.


Requirements:

  • Python for data handling, automation, status analysis or process efficiency improvements.
  • MagicDraw usage for feature definition, boundary diagrams, systems engineering artifacts or MBSE-linked inputs.
  • Quality and data analysis capability to validate completeness, identify gaps and support evidence-based planning decisions.
  • Jira workflow discipline for real-time status tracking and field accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Functional Safety impact routing and cross-domain technical assessment workflows.
  • Experience in automotive feature scoping, systems engineering, FEAS/FSE planning or technical project management.
  • Exposure to Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, OTA and feature package assessment interfaces.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous feature inputs into clear engineering scope, assumptions, open points and closure actions.
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder technical reviews and approval forums.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining engineering planning data in Jira or similar ALM/project-tracking tools.
