The role is responsible for the global ownership, governance, accuracy, and timely release of the FSA Cost Catalog inputs used in the Wind FSA Cost Model. This role maintains the catalog structure, methodology, data standards, model input processes and related Services Modeling Tool aspects to support contract margin review, underwriting, and portfolio planning.

Job Description

In this role, you will own and maintain the FSA Cost Catalog framework, including its taxonomy, methodology, governance, controls, and release process, to ensure consistent, high-quality inputs into the Wind Cost Modeling tool. You will lead the end-to-end process for collecting, validating, consolidating, and publishing catalog inputs for both installed base and new product introductions.

You will partner cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Engineering & Services, Finance, Commercial, and regional operations teams to define data standards and intake requirements, while ensuring a consistent and controlled approach to cost catalog updates.

You will also evolve the Wind Cost Modeling tool and supporting processes to improve usability, transparency, auditability, and alignment with business needs and processes such as contract margin review, new bids underwriting, contract loss analysis and Long Term Strategy planning

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead periodic reviews of catalog assumptions, structures, and inputs to ensure continued relevance, consistency, and business alignment.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario support for key catalog assumptions used in modeling, underwriting, and planning.
  • Review proposed changes to cost structures, service scopes, or reporting needs and determine required updates to catalog logic and inputs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in catalog processes, tools, controls, and stakeholder training to improve efficiency, quality, and transparency.
  • Communicate catalog updates, methodology changes, release impacts, and key assumptions to relevant stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
