The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Customer Analytics - Director, you will lead initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Within our Strategy practice, you will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and provide guidance to help clients improve their customer interactions and foster loyalty. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations. You will inspire others by translating vision into action and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
In this role at PwC, you will focus on enhancing the overall customer experience by analyzing customer touchpoints and designing customer journey maps. You will create seamless and personalized experiences that promote customer satisfaction and advocacy. Your role is crucial in shaping client engagements and upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strengths to maximize client satisfaction and drive success.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
- Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration
- Utilizing customer experience (CX) design and strategy
- Excelling in customer journey analysis and segmentation
- Leading customer relationship management and retention strategies

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
