Responsibilities

Leadership

Act as the operational liaison between the Events team and Workplace team to ensure seamless coordination of event activities within the workplace environment.

Promote and uphold a culture of exceptional hospitality, ensuring guest experiences align with high-touch service standards.

Provide operationaldirectionsto Workplace Coordinators andFront of Houseteams in support of scheduled events.

Ensure all guest-facing team members maintain professionalism, hospitality etiquette, and workplace service standards.

Support Workplace leadership by maintaining visibility across event operations and providing feedback on service delivery and operational improvements.

Event Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with the Events Manager to translate event requirements into operational execution within the workplace environment.

Ensure event spaces are properly prepared, including room configurations, catering setups, hospitality stations, and guest flow planning.

Conduct event readiness checks prior to event start to confirm operational preparedness.

Conduct post-event operational reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Hospitality & Guest Experience

Ensure all guest interactions reflect a high standard of hospitality and professionalism.

Oversee Front of House operations during events including guest welcome, check-in support, and visitor management protocols.

Maintain a visible presence inFoHand Cafareas to support guest needs and ensure service consistency.

Ensure event spaces remain presentable, organized, and aligned with workplace presentation standards throughout events.

Front of House & Operational Support

Ensure appropriate Front of House coverage during scheduled events.

Support coordination of guest check-in processes includingbadge distribution and directions, guest list verification, and access protocols.

Monitor guest flow and access to ensure security procedures and workplace policies are followed.

Coordinate with workplace teams to ensure necessary resources, equipment, and service support are available for events.

Risk Assessment & Compliance

Ensure all events adhere to workplace policies, safety protocols, and required risk assessments.

Identify operational risks or safety concerns and escalate to the Workplace Manager and Event Manager as necessary.

Ensure event operations comply with workplace health, safety, and security procedures.

Communication & Collaboration

Maintain clear communication between Events, Workplace teams, and operational vendors to ensure alignment.

Facilitate collaboration between floors, workplace operations, and event planning teams to support consistent event delivery.

Support proactive communication of operational needs, changes, or issues related to event execution.

The compensation for the position is: $ 76,500.00 - $90,000.00
