We're looking for a warm, organized, and professional Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and business partners. This role is essential in creating an exceptional first impression while keeping the front office running efficiently.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, and can juggle multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude. You'll support our legal team by managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, coordinating office operations, and assisting with administrative tasks that help our attorneys and staff deliver outstanding client service.

Physical Requirements

This position is primarily office-based during regular business hours and requires sitting, standing, walking, and frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting of office supplies or packages up to 20 pounds may be required.
