Physical Requirements This position is primarily office-based during regular business hours and requires sitting, standing, walking, and frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting of office supplies or packages up to 20 pounds may be required.

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For • 2+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience.
• Experience in a law firm or professional office preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Filevine is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Bonus Points If You Have • Experience working in a personal injury law firm.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience handling high-volume phone systems.
