Full Job Description
Your Role
Product Managers are responsible for the strategy, definition, and delivery of physical and digital products and services. You will balance vision, strategy, data, design, and execution to support our clients in building the best products for their customers.
As a frog Product Manager, you are expected to represent depth in the craft of product strategy, definition, and delivery - as an individual contributor and as a thought partner to the global community of practice. You will lead client conversations within your domain, providing articulate recommendations and helping guide client choices. You must be able to originate meaningful perspectives, innovative concepts, and value-oriented approaches, and collaborate with a diverse set of working styles and personalities. You will have opportunities to support business development through proposal input and pitch contributions.
In this role you will play a key part in:
• Shape Product Strategy & Vision - Partner with clients to define compelling product visions and roadmaps that align business objectives with customer needs, leveraging market insights and data-driven decision-making
• Drive Product Lifecycle Execution - Lead facets of the product lifecycle, including ideation, definition, and delivery, balancing innovation, feasibility, and business impact
• Champion Product Frameworks & Methodologies - Apply and adapt industry best practices in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization frameworks, and Agile methodologies to accelerate progress and optimize outcomes
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to create aligned, customer-centric solutions
• Navigate Ambiguity & Complexity - Guide clients through uncertainty by framing problems, developing hypotheses, and rapidly iterating on solutions using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Advocate for the Customer - Leverage user research, market data, and experimentation to drive product decisions that maximize customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention
• Coach & Uplevel Product Thinking - Mentor junior client and internal team members on product management best practices, fostering a culture of experimentation
• Support Business Development - Contribute to proposal development and pitch materials, and support thought leadership in product strategy as capacity allows
• Apply AI/GenAI/Agentic Capabilities - Incorporate AI, GenAI, and agentic tools and workflows into product strategy, delivery, and day-to-day execution (e.g., research synthesis, prototyping, requirements drafting, roadmap analysis), and help identify where these capabilities create real product or client value
Qualifications & Experience
You have a proven ability to think commercially, strategically, and creatively, with a track record of running the product management function on real engagements - not just supporting one.
• 4-6 years of professional product management experience
• Highly developed strategic, concepting, and data analysis skills, demonstrated in a portfolio of recent work
• Experience in technical requirements writing (user stories, epics, MVP scope)
• Confident presentation and storytelling abilities, including to client stakeholders
• Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as the product management lead for a workstream
• Proficiency with contemporary prototyping and research tools and methods
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal oversight and mentor more junior team members
• Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI/agentic tools in a product management context (e.g., research, prototyping, requirements, roadmap or data analysis) - this is a required, not optional, capability for all Invent hires
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Preferred: A university degree in engineering, business management, or a related science or data discipline. Consulting, agency, or innovation-studio experience is a plus.
