Job Description

The Fraud Product Manager will own specific products or product features from conception through launch and optimization. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering solutions that serve WSFS Bank's core client segments. This role will combine tactical execution with client empathy to drive measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Own complete product lifecycle for specific offerings (e.g., mobile deposit, small business loans, debit card program).
  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions.
  • Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Manage product backlogs and coordinate sprint planning with engineering teams.
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, iterating based on data insights.
  • Communicate product updates and roadmap changes to internal stakeholders.
  • Present product performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product positioning and launch plans.
  • Partner with client service teams to understand user feedback and pain points.
  • Support regulatory discussions and ensure compliance across product features.
  • Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and development teams.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA or technical background preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of product management experience with demonstrated success in digital product.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms).
  • Proven experience in product management with hands-on requirement writing and backlog management.
  • Strong client empathy and ability to translate client needs into product solutions.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and metrics tracking.
  • Knowledge of banking products and regulations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups.


Salary Range:
$77,390.00 - $127,139.75

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
