Synopsis of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Fraud & Identity Management Consultant to engage with prospects and existing clients by providing experienced pre- and post-sales consulting on technical or analytical solutions from pre-sales, design, and follow through to implementation, which may include; understanding model development, strategy analysis, performance reporting and other ad-hoc analyses and/or 3rd party technical solutions. Enhances the client relationship, drives new programs/revenue and increases Equifax mindshare within your assigned accounts. Define and agree on innovative, best in-class solutions for Equifax customers, based on actual customer data/input and insights to address the customer's business challenges and strategic objectives. As a trusted advisor you are responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of the fraud, and financial crimes landscape and the key drivers challenging the industry. Demonstrate a solid understanding of Equifax's technical and/or analytical solutions and data sets and how they align to client business needs and challenges.

What you'll do

  • Be our subject matter expert in authentication, fraud, identity management and AML/KYC who will draw on in-depth knowledge of Equifax solutions, data, fraud trends, industry requirements, system interfaces and business process flow to deliver business insights.
  • Provide sales and client support in the form of business solutions and technical consulting by assessing, formulating, developing and presenting solutions that support the client's strategies.
  • Provide clients with custom demo's and preparation of proposals working strategically with the sales team throughout the complete sales cycle.
  • Provide coaching for sales, technical and additional business consultants on general fraud management techniques, as well as thought leadership in market and to clients.
  • Keeping up to date on fraud trends affecting the various industries.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
  • Reporting into the leader of Identity and Fraud Consulting and working with the broader teams in the building and crafting of product roadmaps, and conveying customer requirements.
  • Support marketing activities by attending and speaking/ representing Equifax at trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.


What experience you need
  • 7+ years of experience in Fraud Management, Authentication and Anti-Money Laundering/ Know Your Customer
  • 7+ years of experience in the industry, insights of current & future priorities due to changing market conditions
    7+ years of experience in a client facing consulting role, leading facilitating and presenting in meetings, showcasing strong solution development process & approach
    Strong consultative client management and solution management skills
    Strong negotiating and contracting skills
    Issue management and resolution skills


What could set you apart
  • Experience in public speaking either at industry conferences or in front of large groups internally.
  • Experience in automotive industry, insurance industry or government
  • Experience writing white papers is an asset.
  • Graduate Degree
  • ACAMS, and/or CFE
  • Bilingual in English & French
