Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in finance/accounting within financial institutions; FP&A experience preferred
• MBA or Master's in Finance/Accounting preferred
• Strong knowledge of bank FTP, capital and cost allocation
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Axiom Financial Reporting is a plus
• Data extraction and analysis skills from various sources are required

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
• Lead line of business budgeting and forecasting, ensuring deadlines are met and results presented to management
• Drive annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and three-year strategic planning
• Create complex financial models for business decisions and marketing strategies
• Review performance reports and trends to guide financial development
• Prepare board and management reports, metrics, and benchmarks
• Develop profitability metrics and KPIs for business growth
• Present financial results to senior leaders on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Assist in M&A activities, including due diligence and post-close analytics
