About the role
As a FP&A Manager, you will serve as the primary financial partner supporting the North America Commercial Chiller business. In this role, you will own the finance function, leading planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and leadership to deliver actionable insights, drive financial discipline, and ensure alignment between business strategy and financial commitments.
Key Responsibilities
As a FP&A Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and presenting monthly forecasts to leadership, explaining variances versus prior forecasts, prior year, and plan, and articulating risks and opportunities
Leading the development, preparation, and consolidation of the annual financial plan
Partnering cross‑functionally to align strategies with forecast commitments, identifying gaps, and driving actionable improvement plans
Ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial close in accordance with reporting calendars, including review, approval, and posting of transactions in local systems and HFM
Reviewing and reconciling P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and supporting schedules within the corporate HFM system
Preparing and distributing daily book‑to‑ship reports and weekly orders and backlog reporting, including business commentary
Owning and managing the finance function for the North America Commercial Chiller business
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, and/or Accounting
Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2)
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Prior experience owning a business unit P&L or finance function
Advanced knowledge of financial systems such as HFM, SAP, or similar tools
