As we continue to scale, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on FP&A Manager to build and elevate our financial planning capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to own our Workday Adaptive Planning platform, partner directly with business leaders, and shape the financial decisions that power our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities- Administer Alamar's Workday Adaptive Planning platform, including model architecture, integrations, data management, reporting, documentation, user access, and user training
- Support budgeting cycles and forecasts across various business functions
- Perform variance analyses against budget and forecast, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with department leaders to develop financial plans, evaluate investments, and inform resource allocation decisions
- Build financial models and ad-hoc analyses to support business decision making
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in FP&A
- Prior experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning is preferred
- Expert excel skills
- Excellent personal skills. Ability to proactively reach out to difference business leaders to understand their resource needs
- Prefer someone with experiences in fast-paced biotech companies
- Ability to translate complex financial information into prescriptive recommendations for the management team
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a technical field is preferred
The base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
