Role Overview

We are hiring a Founding Sales Closer to convert warm, pre-qualified appointments booked directly into your calendar. There is no cold calling, no prospecting, and no lead generation required - our marketing handles that. Your entire focus is on showing up prepared, running the conversation, handling objections, and closing new subscriptions.

As Rezora expands into new verticals beyond real estate - serving businesses that use inbound AI voice agents across industries like roofing, HVAC, legal, mortgage, and more - your closing scope grows with it. This role has a clear path to Head of Sales or a salaried leadership position for the right person.

Responsibilities

Manage a calendar of pre-booked, inbound-qualified appointments with real estate professionals and other prospects

Lead closing conversations, handle objections, and convert prospects into paying subscribers

Maintain accurate pipeline records and follow up with leads who don't close on the first call

Work closely with the founders to sharpen messaging, improve close rates, and iterate on the sales process

As Rezora expands into new verticals, take ownership of closing across those markets as well

Provide consistent market feedback to inform product positioning and go-to-market decisions

Help build scalable sales systems, playbooks, and processes as the team grows

Requirements

- Minimum one year of experience in real estate or selling to real estate agents, teams, or brokerages

- Proven ability to close - you are comfortable taking a warm conversation all the way to a signed agreement

- Strong objection handling and consultative selling skills

- Experience with CRMs, dialers, or modern sales and automation tools

- Comfortable learning and selling AI-powered technology

- Systems-minded with an interest in building repeatable, scalable processes

- Self-directed and able to operate with limited structure while helping create it

- Enthusiasm for building something from the ground up

- Based in the US; NYC strongly preferred
