Qualifications

• Experience writing optimization algorithms (MILPs, ML, DP, RL, etc.)
• Generalist capable of operating across the tech stack
• Ability to ship code quickly and iterate often
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and incomplete data
• Extremely hardworking; thrives in a mission-driven environment
• Background in startups, big tech, or successful personal projects
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript

Responsibilities

• Build and scale optimization algorithms for production use
• Develop optimization systems like MILPs, LPs, and heuristics
• Create and maintain data pipelines at production scale
• Rapidly move from idea to implementation to customer feedback
• Influence long-term product and technical strategy
