About the RoleAs an Account Executive at Exa, you will work with customers who need speed, intelligence, and accuracy in their workflows. You'll take full ownership of deals-prospecting, running demos, negotiating, and closing.
What You'll Do- Help build our NYC GTM office from 0->1 (culture cultivation, in-person events, in-person sales)
- Own the entire sales cycle-from first touch to close
- Run product demos that make customers say "wow"
- Develop and execute strategies to land high-value customers
- Work closely with SDRs to keep the pipeline strong and moving
- Negotiate contracts, hit targets, and drive revenue growth
What You'll Need- 2+ years in a sales role, ideally in SaaS or AI/tech products
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, from lead generation to close
- Strong communication skills-you can tell a great story and sell a vision
- A consultative approach-help customers see the business value, not just the features
- A competitive edge-you're driven, persistent, and love closing deals
- Comfort in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
