Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects
• 4+ years of experience in leading and developing teams
• Strong understanding of strategic, operational, and financial components of construction projects
• Proven ability to make effective decisions under pressure
• Skilled in successfully managing projects from inception to completion
• Expertise in building relationships with owners and trade contractors

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee contract administration and financial reporting activities
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of contracts and involved parties
• Secure permits and verify subcontractor insurance coverage
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings to ensure workflow
• Train and develop the project team for optimal performance
• Submit monthly project status reports highlighting priorities and challenges
• Ensure successful project close-outs and manage final payment documents
