As a Forward Deployed GTM Manager, you are the driving force behind Traba's AI product, Neo. You will fuel the growth of Neo by working closely with leadership to build out and refine the GTM strategy, close new customers, and work directly with their leadership teams to demonstrate how Neo impacts their P&L. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, product, and engineering in this role, where you will be responsible for wearing multiple hats and working closely with our customers and workers to achieve our objectives. You will learn and experience what it's like to be on the ground floor of building and expanding a startup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the growth of Neo, including scaling the GTM motion and acquiring new customers.
  • Prospecting, meeting with, and closing 6-7 figure partnerships with logistics and manufacturing businesses.
  • Act as an advocate for Traba's brand, representing our company's vision, values, and unique value proposition to potential partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new leads, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
  • Build tools, provide geo insights, analysis, and reporting structures to surface insights, and recommend strategies and initiatives to cross-functional teams.
  • Become a trusted subject matter expert within the light industrial space (distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, third-party logistics) and everything that touches the global supply chain.
  • Establish a new benchmark for operational excellence by proactively addressing operational bottlenecks and efficiently managing supply and demand dynamics within the Traba marketplace.
  • Tackle a wide range of operational tasks, including generating and deploying an AI product into a customer operation and actively supporting the integration of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) at a 3PL (third-party logistics provider) to Traba's database.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4-8 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, working at a startup, AI GTM, or related roles
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes with a "no task too small" mentality
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer financial statements, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, workers, and internal stakeholders.

Salary Range Details

The total cash compensation for this position typically ranges from $120,000 to $210,000 base salary + commission on closed deals, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. We also offer a highly competitive equity package designed to ensure you share meaningfully in the long-term success and upside of the business.

The position is based onsite in New York City, five days per week, giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Being in person supports real-time decision-making, stronger teamwork, and the kind of creative problem-solving that drives meaningful impact.
