Qualifications

• 3-8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack engineering skills, capable of shipping production software
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web and agentic applications
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and work independently
• Preferred client-facing experience to distinguish candidates
• Valued backgrounds include former founders, CTOs, or founding engineers of startups
• Computer science or engineering degree is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person work environment with commitment beyond normal hours

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and present AI solutions on clients' tech stacks post-sale
• Collaborate closely with an AI strategist managing client relationships
• Ship production software across the full stack in a team environment
• Lead technical initiatives and maintain a high degree of autonomy
• Support pre-sale scoping as needed, though not a primary expectation
• Travel to client sites around 1-2 times per month
