Forward Deployed Engineer to build customer-facing solutions and translate clinical and operational needs into shipped software. You'll join a small, high-velocity team in Miami where strong building ability, emotional maturity, and direct customer collaboration are just as important as technical skills. What You'll Do- Build front-end and back-end features using TypeScript, React, Deno, Node, and SQL.
- Collaborate directly with customers - including urgent care centers and emergency medicine groups - to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.
- Deploy and operate services on AWS; troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Travel frequently for on-site customer engagements and deployments.
- Contribute to product design and rapid prototyping, moving ideas to shipped code quickly.
What We're Looking For- 0-1 years of professional software development experience (new grads welcome).
- Proficiency in full-stack TypeScript development (frontend and backend).
- Experience with or strong familiarity with: React, SQL, Deno, Node.js, and AWS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing engineering work.
- Comfortable working directly with clinical or operational stakeholders.
- Willingness to be on-site in Miami and travel regularly for customer engagements.
- Ability to ship reliable software quickly in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa.
- Open to candidates relocating from anywhere in the US.
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $80,000 - $130,000 USD annually (slightly negotiable)
- Total compensation package includes food, housing, and transportation coverage during travel, equity, and travel expense reimbursement.

Miami, Florida. Relocation from anywhere in the US is welcome. This is not a remote role. Frequent travel to customer sites is expected.
