Responsibilities
- Meet with field personnel to assess and understand their forensic data requirements.
- Perform forensic data collection and conduct lawful access to encrypted or otherwise inaccessible mobile devices.
- Conduct full physical extractions.
- Perform complex mobile device extractions, including board level repair and troubleshooting.
- Disassemble and assemble mobile devices while preserving hardware, and microsoldering basics.
- Carry out mobile forensic procedures in alignment with Governmentestablished Forensics SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Maintain strict adherence to high standards of evidence handling, documentation, and chainofcustody protocols.
- Prepare for trial, support litigation activities, and provide testimony for assigned investigations as required.
- Maintain a consistent physical presence at designated Government facilities.
- Manage the Forensic Intake system and complete examinations in accordance with established performance requirements.
- Conduct vehicle infotainment system extractions.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to meet High Risk, Law Enforcement Sensitive background requirements, including obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust clearance.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience conducting mobile device extractions including device repair.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role requiring courtroom testimony.
- Knowledge and experience with advanced forensic tools to obtain, BFU, AFU, full filesystem extractions.
- Ability to work onsite with both field offices and headquarters components of federal law enforcement in a hightempo, highstress environment.
- Active Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME) certification.
- Knowledge and experience with Cellebrite Premium.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree desired but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting law enforcement agencies, with direct investigator interaction.
- GrayKey Operator certification.
- Experience conducting vehicle infotainment system extractions.
- Chipoff and milling experience.
