Suvi is looking for a Forensic Data Analyst to support our government client and work in Fairfax, VA.  To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Meet with field personnel to assess and understand their forensic data requirements.
  • Perform forensic data collection and conduct lawful access to encrypted or otherwise inaccessible mobile devices.
  • Conduct full physical extractions.
  • Perform complex mobile device extractions, including board level repair and troubleshooting.
  • Disassemble and assemble mobile devices while preserving hardware, and microsoldering basics.
  • Carry out mobile forensic procedures in alignment with Governmentestablished Forensics SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to high standards of evidence handling, documentation, and chainofcustody protocols.
  • Prepare for trial, support litigation activities, and provide testimony for assigned investigations as required.
  • Maintain a consistent physical presence at designated Government facilities.
  • Manage the Forensic Intake system and complete examinations in accordance with established performance requirements.
  • Conduct vehicle infotainment system extractions.
Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to meet High Risk, Law Enforcement Sensitive background requirements, including obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust clearance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience conducting mobile device extractions including device repair.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role requiring courtroom testimony.
  • Knowledge and experience with advanced forensic tools to obtain, BFU, AFU, full filesystem extractions.
  • Ability to work onsite with both field offices and headquarters components of federal law enforcement in a hightempo, highstress environment.
  • Active Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME) certification.
  • Knowledge and experience with Cellebrite Premium.

Desired Qualifications:  

  • Bachelors degree desired but not required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting law enforcement agencies, with direct investigator interaction.
  • GrayKey Operator certification.
  • Experience conducting vehicle infotainment system extractions.
  • Chipoff and milling experience.
