Job Summary:
The Manager, Product Management is responsible for overseeing the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of treasury management products and services. This role ensures that product offerings meet client needs, align with business objectives, and comply with regulatory requirements. The Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, drives product innovation, and supports sales and client engagement initiatives to grow the treasury management portfolio.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage treasury management product strategies and roadmaps; oversee product development, enhancement, and launch activities; analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions; collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure successful product delivery; monitor product performance and implement improvements; support client engagement and sales initiatives with product expertise; ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies; prepare and present product performance reports to leadership; identify and mitigate product-related risks; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or relevant certification preferred);

Primarily office-based with regular interaction with sales, marketing, operations, risk, compliance, and client teams; occasional travel for client meetings, industry conferences, or regulatory engagements may be required; fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; adherence to firm standards, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
