Overview

BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Analyst/Management Analyst Senior with over 10+ years of experience for our expanding workforce to support disclosure decisions in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems, at Contractor and Government site(s) in Patuxent River, MD. and Norfolk, VA. Salary

The typical annual salary range for this position is $111,000.00 USD to $120,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.

Responsibilities
  • Provides analysis to support disclosure decisions in support of FMS, International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems
  • Provide support in developing and implementing disclosure and release ability decisions, providing recommendations for release.
  • Review program documentation prior to release to foreign governments
  • Develop documentation in accordance with U.S. Government technology transfer policy
  • Provide analysis to support Government assistance to Industry for export license/technical assistance agreement development
  • Monitor compliance with existing U.S. Government policy and regulations for current programs and develop required documentation for future phases of international programs
  • Coordinate engineering review of data for release to foreign nationals
  • Assist in resolving disclosure questions and issues
  • Oversee tracking and ensure quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals
  • Provide support for management of foreign national visits
  • Develop, manage, and staff Technology Assessment/Control Plan (TA/CPs)
  • Provide assistance and support in the management of Export Licenses, Technical Assistance Agreement (TAAs) and Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases
  • Develop, participate in and/or provide International Programs Security training and awareness
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills92verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening94for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal
  • Ability to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter
  • Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

EDUCATION

Degree: MA/MS degree

Allowable Substitution: Bachelor92s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master92s Degree or Associate92s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master92s Degree or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional.

CLEARANCE

Condition of Employment: Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance. The applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

CITIZENSHIP

The applicant must have US citizenship at the time of application.
