Job DescriptionIn this position... Ford Racing is seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Specialist to support the growth and execution of its global sponsorship and partnership portfolio. Report to the Manager, Global Partnerships, this individual will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and supporting commercial opportunities across Ford Racing's global motorsport programs, including Hypercar, IMSA, Off-Road, Experiences, and emerging initiatives.
This role combines elements of business development, partnership strategy, account management, event planning, and commercial operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially minded, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
This role is hybrid and requires at least 4 days per week onsite in Allen Park, MI.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do...Business Development & Commercial Strategy- Support the identification, research, and prioritization of prospective sponsorship categories and target brands.
- Develop customized partnership presentations, proposals, rights tables, and supporting sales materials.
- Maintain partnership pipelines, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
- Support valuation projects, asset mapping, and inventory management initiatives.
Partnership Management- Support the execution and ongoing management of existing sponsorship agreements.
- Coordinate fulfillment of contractual rights and partnership deliverables.
- Assist with partner communications, reporting, and relationship management.
- Track partner commitments, deadlines, and activation plans across multiple programs.
Event Planning & Hospitality- Support planning and execution of partner hospitality programs, prospect events, and business development activities.
- Coordinate logistics with internal teams, agencies, venues, and external partners.
- Provide on-site support at races, launches, hospitality programs, owner experiences, and executive events.
Cross Functional Collaboration- Partner with marketing, communications, legal, procurement, finance, experiences, racing operations, and executive leadership teams to align partnership initiatives.
- Facilitate internal stakeholder meetings and drive project alignment across departments.
- Support integration of partners across racing, consumer experiences, and broader Ford initiatives.
Commercial Operations- Maintain CRM systems, partnership databases, and sales tracking tools.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Support budget tracking, invoice coordination, and commercial administration.
- Assist with contract routing, approvals, and documentation processes.
QualificationsYou'll have...- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnership management, sports marketing, agency services, or related commercial roles.

- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to travel and work weekends as required for events and race operations.

This position is a salary grade 5 - 8 and ranges from $65,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
Internal applicants: moving into this role may result in an adjustment to your current compensation based on the posted pay range for this role, taking into consideration your qualifications and other relevant factors.
