Full Job Description
Description

We're seeking a Ford Certified Heavy Line Technician with proven expertise in both gasoline and diesel engine repair. This role is for a master-level wrench who can handle major engine, transmission, and driveline work on everything from EcoBoost-equipped cars and trucks to 6.7L Power Stroke Super Duty diesels. If you're a Senior Master or working toward it and want consistent heavy-line work with the hours to match, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

You'll perform major mechanical repairs including engine teardown, rebuild, and replacement; cylinder head and head gasket work; timing chain and cam phaser service; turbocharger diagnosis and replacement; transmission removal and replacement; and differential and driveline repair across the full Ford and Lincoln lineup. On the diesel side, you'll diagnose and repair 6.7L Power Stroke engines including high-pressure fuel systems, injectors, EGR and aftertreatment systems (DPF, DEF/SCR), and turbo work.

You'll use Ford diagnostic platforms (FDRS/FJDS) to perform accurate root-cause diagnosis, document all work clearly for warranty compliance, complete repairs to Ford factory standards, and maintain the certifications required to keep the store's warranty work flowing. You'll work alongside our shop foreman and service advisors to deliver accurate estimates, meet promise times, and keep comebacks at or near zero.
