Compensation & Incentives- $65,000 - $225,000 annually, based on experience and flat rate performance

Shop & Work Environment- Highly productive, well-lit shop

Responsibilities- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
- Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools and service equipment
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and timelines
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Complete quality inspections
Qualifications- 2+ years of dealership technician experience preferred
- A, B, or C level technician experience including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Personal tools required
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
