• Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical systems, drivability, engine, transmission, diesel, and performance
• Complete repairs efficiently while adhering to high quality standards
• Carry out routine maintenance and warranty repairs according to Ford guidelines
• Document repair processes accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to enhance customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stay updated with the latest Ford technologies, certifications, and industry advancements
