Validate and test equipment to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with operational standards.
Develop and execute process and product validation protocols, analyzing data to confirm consistency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Support commercialization efforts by scaling processes from pilot to full production and coordinating cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to implement improvements and ensure smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Food Processing Engineering, or related.
3+ years' experience in a product developer, process developer, engineering, or related role.
Experience working in the Food and Beverage industry.
Proficient with process/product validation and material interaction analysis.
Experience wiwth mechanical testing, analysis, and commissioning.
Comfortable using Excel for statistical analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
