THE ROLE As the Senior Manager, Cafés, you will lead the team to:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Translate the strategy into tangible plans that are designed and communicated clearly, enabling flawless execution.
- Connect with guests, creating an engaging and welcoming experience with each visit from welcome and departure.
- Provide clients with an exceptional dining experience, that is timely and seamless.
- Deliver guests with a best-in-class beverage selection and service to elevate their dining experience
- Deliver a curated, elevated, safe, and seamless environment that enhances client experience.
THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Manager, Cafés, has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$200,000 CAD per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
