Qualifications
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a relevant retail or food and beverage environment.
• Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, time management, and basic financial/math skills.
• Certifications: Food safety (ServeSafe).
