Full Job Description
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Your Role:

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and banquet services. Here are some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Lead and support the F&B team, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operation of all F&B outlets, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, cost control, purchasing, and budgeting to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement promotional and marketing strategies to drive sales and attract guests.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and update menus, considering cost, pricing, and guest preferences.
  • Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
  • Prepare and manage schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth operation during peak times.
  • Participate in financial reporting, including payroll, purchasing, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure departmental training and reporting is completed as scheduled.
  • Participate in required M.O.D. program as scheduled.
  • Other duties as assigned.
