Overview

This position offers a unique opportunity to join and support the Agriculture & Food Law practice group, a nationally recognized litigation team handling complex matters nationwide, with a particular focus on agricultural chemical, crop protection, food law, product liability, toxic tort, commercial, and related litigation matters. Attorneys in this role will work closely with clients, experts, and litigation teams across multiple jurisdictions including in Texas, New York, Georgia, and California, and will have the opportunity to participate in all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and client counseling. This position may require occasional travel in support of nationwide litigation matters.

Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills; possess strong academic credentials and demonstrated research abilities; and be self-starters capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee. Admission in one or more additional states is highly desirable, particularly for candidates interested in supporting nationwide litigation matters.
