Location: 1320 Old Georgia Rd, Roebuck, SC 29376

Position Title: Focus Factory Controller

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week

Summary of Duties: Work closely with the Focus Factory Manager to align financial objectives and drive strategic goals. Manage the financial performance of the assigned product line, ensuring profitability and effective cost control. Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives. Generate and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance metrics. Oversee investment activities and CAPEX to ensure alignment with financial and strategic goals. Conduct detailed product costing, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing time analysis, ensuring precise cost allocation and reporting. Uphold financial regulations and maintain robust internal controls. Deliver strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support leadership in key decision-making processes. Monitor and optimize productivity within the product line, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices. Identify and implement financial management process enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness. 10% domestic travel. Hybrid work permitted.

Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Position requires experience with the following: finance or controlling experience exclusively within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of financial principles, P&L management, and cost control strategies. Exceptional ability to analyze financial data and solve complex challenges. Skilled in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and Excel. Strong ability to convey financial insights clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and provide strategic guidance. Experience in overseeing inventory processes and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to transition from non-digital to digital solutions seamlessly.
