Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Family Medicine
• Prior experience supervising residents or medical students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate and enhance training programs
• Commitment to resident education and mentorship
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and residency management systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical training of Family Medicine residents
• Evaluate learning processes and identify improvement areas
• Conduct teaching rounds and present cases in Morning Report
• Oversee residents in the continuity clinic
• Provide performance evaluations for residents and medical students
• Act as Curriculum Director as needed
• Serve as advisor and admitting physician for assigned residents
