What You Will Do
Guidehouse is currently seeking financial management professionals in support of our Department of Defense client. These teammates will bring a vast range of experiences across financial management, accounting, audit, internal controls, and financial policy.
Our Guidehouse team will provide:

  • Financial audit statements and audit readiness services

  • Support to the DoW financial statement audit remediation and sustainment strategy and execution, oversight and reporting, and audit infrastructure. Specifically, 

  • Enterprise Audit Remediation/Sustainment Strategy, Oversight and Reporting support, including Audit Remediation/Sustainment Strategy, Governance Meeting Support – Content Development, Governance Communication – Content Development Recurring FIAR Reporting

  • Audit Remediation, including DoW-wide Remediation Support, Audit Remediation and Sustainment Working Group Meeting Support, Remediation Expertise Support

What You Will Need

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • TEN (10) years supporting government financial management, including audits, audit readiness, remediation, and ICOF

  • Knowledge of GAAP, GAGAS, ICOFR, and DoD financial management policies/structures, with experience in areas such as General Equipment, Inventory, Real Property, IGT (AP/AR), or OM&S

What Would Be Nice To Have

  • Bachelors and/or Advanced Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Business Management/Administration

  • CPA, CIA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, or CDFM preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
